More than just a yoga studio, Yoga for Living serves as a holistic wellness center, supporting balanced lifestyles since 2009. YFL is a warm and welcoming haven from the stressors of life where one can develop and maintain good health through diverse programming of classes, trainings, workshops, and stress management and lifestyle counseling. Our dedicated staff and highly trained teachers share integrated practices such as mindfulness meditation, Ayurveda, laughter yoga and qigong that balance the body, calm the mind, and awaken the soul to be in harmony with ourselves and the world around us.
