At Transformational Hypnosis we help people overcome emotional and psychological issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, habits, phobias, OCD, weight loss and smoking cessation to name a few.

In addition to Hypnotherapy, at Transformational Hypnosis we also use Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Coaching. Frequently, we will combine different aspects of these approaches in order to deliver a more effective course of therapy.

Transformational Hypnosis is based at the Natural Healthcare Centre in Burton upon Trent, a dedicated complementary health centre leading the way in helping people bring about positive change in their lives.
