The APA Practice Organization’s services, products and other activities are funded by Practice Assessment payers. With your help and support, our advocacy priorities and accomplishments over the past several years include:

• Gaining federal laws such as full mental health parity that support professional psychology and consumers of psychological services
• Advancing and protecting reimbursement for psychological services.
• Supporting successful class action lawsuits against harmful practices and policies of managed care organizations
• Protecting the doctoral degree as the standard for psychologist licensure and expanding marketplace opportunities for practitioners
