We have a nationally recognized youth performance program with 20 years of proven history of getting kids faster, more fit and self-confident. We help them accomplish their goals by using the same techniques that the Parisi organization uses to train NCAA Division I and professional athletes. Speed, strength, flexibility, endurance and self-confidence are the foundation to every sport or physical activity to enable your child to reach their full potential. These skills are paramount to your child to be able to enhance sports-specific skills.

The advantage of this program for an athlete like child’s name is to speed train multiple times each week for a low monthly fee. This is a great program that focuses on speed and quickness development, overall conditioning, and helps prevent injury.
