Founded in 1968 as Southern Wine & Spirits of America we have grown quickly to become the largest wine and spirits distributor in the U.S. Our merger with Glazer’s Inc. in 2016 has made Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits LLC (Southern Glazer’s) the largest distributor in all of North America. We are known for our historic commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service and creative marketing programs and partnerships. Today, Southern Glazer’s operates in 41 states, the District of Columbia, Canada and the Caribbean. Our corporate headquarters is located in Miami, with considerable business operations based in Dallas. Our philosophy for success is best expressed by our Chairman, Harvey R.
