Water is essential. We need it to stay clean and healthy, fight fires, grow our food, and make the products we use every day. We take our responsibility for providing this precious resource very seriously. That’s why we diligently maintain and upgrade our water system infrastructure, conduct rigorous water quality testing, continuously improve the way we serve our customers, participate actively in our communities, and support our customers’ efforts to use water wisely.

• We do not allow solicitations or advertisements that are not approved by Cal Water. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defraud any entity.

• We do not allow comments that may tend to compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems.

• For the protection of our customers and employees, we do not allow comments that include personal information, including account numbers, user IDs, credit card information, or email addresses.

Cal Water reserves the right to remove any posts that we deem inappropriate or that don’t adhere to our guidelines and to block anyone who violates them repeatedly.
