Phoenix Technology Works, Inc. specializes in producing large 5-axis milled patterns up to 65 ft, plus molds, plugs and tooling for aerospace, marine and transportation applications. Our new precision mills are capable of machining a wide range of materials. We are housed in a 12,000 square foot building. Although a little small, our new CMS 5 axis router can machine parts up to 65 foot long, 20 ft wide and 10 ft tall. For complete accuracy the machine has been certified to +/- .004. We specialize as a pattern shop (Plug Builder), but we also offer tooling.
