Donna Mac helps companies maximize the power of their people through effective communication and collaboration skills. She is also a private communications coach with a signature program: The Six Pillars of Effective Communication.

Donna was a pioneering female broadcaster, often the sole woman in a male dominated industry, and has worked on stations in Providence, RI and Boston, MA as a news anchor, personality, voiceover artist and mistress of ceremonies for more than 25 years.

Today she is recognized as a trusted communications professional and national keynote speaker. Donna is the author of Guide To A RICHER LIFE--Know Your Worth, Find Your Voice & Speak Your Mind (published, 2016).

Donna is a frequent speaker at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI and Emerson College in Boston, MA. She also a member of the Massachusetts Workforce Development team.

Her mission includes raising her healthy, communicative millennial daughters and helping people communicate with approachability, influence and resilience so they can ignite productivity, trust, well-being and the ability to thrive and prosper!
