Mustardseed Health Care Services (MSHCS) is Licensed(Licensed # R3304) as a Residential Service Agency by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality.We are licensed to provide a combination of skilled nursing, Un-skilled and other therapy services at the clients’ home or place of residence. Under the direction of the client's attending physician, our qualified staff plan, coordinate, and provide care tailored to each client’s needs.
