Oscar Gonzales is one of the few recognized Egoscue Accredited Exercise Therapists (AET) in the world. Oscar works with clients of all ages, injuries and conditions who simply want to be active without pain. His clientele also include; actor, golfer, and winner of 2011 AT&T Golf Pro/Am Tournament, Bill Murray, PGA and LPGA golfers, Olympic and Jr. Olympic athletes, NFL and MLB players, and health care professionals (i.e. doctors, surgeons, chiropractors, nurses, physical therapists, acupuncturists).

These simple movements and stretches emphasize the use of deeper muscles of the axial skeleton and pelvis that are designed to strengthen the body functionally. A specifically sequenced series of personalized exercises is created for the client to do on their own at home daily.
