Our people offer the best in culinary/hospitality training and event planning expertise. Four members of Russo's team are certified Chefs and designated by the American Culinary Federation. Our staff regularly participates in both learning and teaching sides of continuing education for Caterers. Russo's well-trained Event Planners are experienced from the ground up, working directly with the chefs in food production as well as on site at special events.
