Commonwealth Financial Services (CFS) is an independent wealth management firm which provides financial, investment, and retirement preparation strategies through innovative planning to fit our clients' goals, lifestyles, and budgets.

CFS was founded by Roger Woodruff, Todd Kimpel, and Michael Seese, who all shared the same common conviction that the interest of the clients must always come first. Our advisors are affiliates of Securities America. Leveraging a combined 90 years industry experience, these three financial professionals saw clients were better served using a team-based approach.
