Bluewater Residential Services is an Adult Foster Care facility that offers 24-hour quality care located in beautiful Duluth, Minnesota. We specialize in the rehabilitation of clients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as well as Mental Illness (MI). We provide an environment for individuals to achieve self-actualization and social inclusion. We are committed to providing an excellent quality of care to our residents in a home-like setting. 24 hour care, medication and healthcare management, long term care, independent living skills, job coaching, community outings, fitness programs, assessment and referral.
