AVANT ACOUSTICS specializes in audio-visual system design, acoustical consulting, sound reinforcement system design, and paging/mass notification system design.

Formerly Coffeen Fricke & Associates, AVANT ACOUSTICS was founded in 1964 by Robert Coffeen, a young electrical engineer from Kansas. For his first project, Robert designed the first airport audio paging system.

While technology has changed significantly since 1964, AVANT ACOUSTICS' innovative ideas and technical savvy remain firmly rooted in our culture.

Today, our portfolio includes every facility type imaginable--from stadiums, performing arts centers, and convention centers to educational facilities, hospitals, and board rooms.
