As a first step, we always have an experienced pool contractor make the initial assessment of cause of loss. This usually is the most cost effective and direct method. If necessary, we then make an additional assessment based upon a specialized service, such as a structural engineer , a civil engineer or a leak detection service . We can inspect any pool within the continental United States. We will tell you what is actually wrong with the pool, what portion of the problem is your insurance company's responsibility and how much it will cost to fix the problem. We will even give you a bid amount that we are willing to repair it for.

Our inspectors, licensed pool contractors, all have over 7 years experience with most having over 20 years. Our engineers, if needed (for example in earthquake related damage claims), are all fully licensed and experienced.
