Since 1960, when we built the first-ever retirement community, active adults have found a place to belong with Del Webb. From our grand Sun City communities, to our smaller more intimate settings, the Del Webb family now numbers more than 50 communities in 20 states.

As the idea of retirement has evolved, Del Webb has listened to our buyers and designed homes and amenities that appeal to the interests of those who are 55+. By offering diverse clubs and classes, multi-purpose community centers and strong neighborhood networks, we’ve enabled Del Webb residents to feel a deeper connection with their community than ever before.

Del Webb is more than a homebuilder, we are a builder of true communities where active adults can grow as individuals and as part of a close-knit setting, all while enjoying a renewed outlook, new experiences and deeper friendships. They’re part of an active adult community and it’s a part of them.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Thank you for taking the time to read our social media policy! We love getting to know all of our friends and followers on social media, but we want to establish clear guidelines to make our community a safe, respectful and enjoyable place for everyone.

Our Del Webb's social media pages are places where people can go to learn more about Del Webb, our communities and the homes we build. We value the opinions and suggestions of our entire community, and encourage you to ask questions, share your experiences and post photos. However, because homebuilding is such a highly regulated industry, we have to follow certain rules.

To help our social media channels remain respectful and pleasant places to engage in conversation and to protect your privacy, we prohibit the following behaviors:

Comments, photos or posts promoting violence or vulgarity of any kind. We want people of all ages and backgrounds to feel welcome and comfortable on our pages. Therefore, we will remove any posts containing vulgarities or that portray violent media or content.

Comments that are disrespectful towards community members. We recognize that not everyone will agree on all topics at all times, and that is simply part of having a healthy, stimulating dialogue. If you disagree with someone, do so respectfully. Name-calling, verbal attacking or shaming will not be tolerated.

Comments that disrespect the dignity of any Del Webb employee, home buyer or resident. Every person has the right to voice their own opinions, however our social media channels are a place to encourage conversation and feedback in a manner that is welcoming to everyone.

Comments that contain personal and identifiable information. Our Facebook page is public, which means that anyone can see your posts on Facebook and your posts may even show up on search-engines like on Google, Bing or Yahoo! To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, please do not include personally identifiable information such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, phone numbers or e-mail addresses in any comment or post. If you do include personally identifiable information in your comment, your comment or post may be deleted. If Del Webb should ask you for personal information please provide that information by sending us a private message.

Spamming. We will remove posts promoting or linking to sites or services that are not directly related to the Del Webb. We know social media is a great place to get the word out about new programs, products and services. But please, respect our page and our followers by staying on topic.

Identical Posting. If you have a comment or a link that’s related to Del Webb, please post only once. We may remove identical posts by the same user or multiple users (a group of people sending identical messages or one person submitting under different aliases). In the case of identical posts, we will leave the first submission and delete the duplicates. Dominating the page with identical posts, may make other members of our community feel intimidated, aggravated or unwelcome.

Submit your own original content, and avoid content that you know to be fraudulent.

Do not post someone else's copyrighted work unless you have permission.
