The SBDC may well be the best kept secret in South Carolina! But the Winthrop Region's Small Business Development Center is here in Rock Hill, SC. Our services are free to any small business needing assistance to expand, change its focus, get a financial analysis in order to prepare to apply for a business loan, or learn about marketing in creative, inexpensive ways. Additionally, we offer assistance to start-up businesses to help them create the business plan that will become their business' road map.
