Switchback Gear Exchange helps improve our environment and community by connecting people to the natural world through outdoor recreation. We provide access to high quality, gently-used gear at a reduced cost within an approachable and beginner friendly atmosphere. We also offer bike maintenance. gear repair, and trip planning services. We are passionate for teaching others and helping our community have safe and enjoyable outdoor recreation experiences.
When you come in to Switchback, you can expect to be greeted by a dog, get good solid friendly advice, and not feel pressured into buying some big fancy expensive item that you don't need.
