Kole Construction was founded by Gerald Kole in 1983. He built custom homes on the coast of California for 23 years before moving his family and business to Franklin and the Middle Tennessee area in 1996. Everal Hills of Franklin and Blackhawk of Arrington are two exclusive subdivisions he has created while in Middle Tennessee. His most recent project, Blackhawk of Arrington, is in its final phase and showcases unique European architecture.
