BlackTree Healthcare Consulting’s five founding members have over 65 years of combined healthcare consulting experience. Their backgrounds include financial leadership, revenue cycle improvement, accounts receivable management, system conversion support and financial and operational turnaround. The firm’s founding members have the unique combination of real world experience gained through serving in interim management roles including: Chief Executive Officer, Vice President of Operations, Chief Financial Officer and Revenue Cycle Director, as well as, a global industry view gained by working with hundreds of providers nationally.
