WELCOME TO CROSSFIT BUENA!!!

CrossFit Buena is a strength and conditioning facility located in Buena Borough, NJ. Our goal is to maximize our athletes fitness level regardless of their athletic ability. Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We will guide you through an appropriate warm-up, explain the workout of the day (WOD), demonstrate the movements, teach the movements, have you practice them, see that you perform the movements safely during your WOD, all while motivating you through positive encouragement. The workout will be designed daily and will suit each athletes needs. They will not be easy, however you will leave each session feeling proud and exhausted.

In addition we will be offering CrossFit Kids and affordable Group/Team Training.

430pm / 530pm / 630pm

Saturday 8am / 9am

Sunday: As needed

We will open more classes as we grow. If you don’t see a time that fits your needs, please let us know.

RATES:

MONTH-TO MONTH TRAINING:

Unlimited CrossFit Training $ 110.00
3 days per week $ 85.00
2 days per week $ 70.00

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
3 months – unlimited CrossFit Training $ 100.00
6 months – unlimited CrossFit Training $ 90.00
12 months – unlimited CrossFit Training $ 80.00

* Discounts will be afforded to couples.

ADD ONS:

Kids Class – 2 days per week $50.00

Punch Card - $100.00 = 10 sessions

Drop In Fee - $20.00 (Members of another affiliate need only purchase a CrossFit Buena tee-shirt for 1st visit only.) Please call or e-mail to let us know you are coming.

There are no secrets in our rates and we are proud to publish them. Our training fees provide you with a highly qualified and motived “Trainer”. Unlike your traditional globo-gyms, you will not have to do your own thing. You will receive personalized instruction, positive motivation and comradery.
