Ingredients are hi gluten flour, organic raw sugar, kosher salt, fresh oregon water.
High source of protein, iron, sodium, and fiber.
No cholesterol for the bagel is free of any fat products.
We sell the bagel by dozen for retail and wholesale customers.
We offer cream cheese bagels, and bacon, sausge, or ham egg and cheese bagels, as well as omelette.
We are famous for our New Yorker lox, Rueben, Tuna melt, Oregonian, and California sandwiches.
