Dr. Tomiak is a board certified pediatrician duly licensed by the State of New York. He has been a physician in this practice since 1979. He originally is from Buffalo, NY, but moved to the area while doing his internship and residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He and his wife decided to remain in the Capital District and raised two children here.

Doctor for Kids Troy, NY

William A. Kostun, M.D. FAAP

Dr. Kostun is a board certified pediatrician duly licensed by the State of New York. He has been a physician in this practice since 1985. Dr. Kostun was born and raised locally. Dr. Kostun also completed his internship and residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He and his wife reside in Troy and raised three children here.

Lori Caruso, M.D. FAAP

Dr. Caruso is a board certified pediatrician duly licensed by the State of New York. She has been a physician in this practice since 1992. Dr. Caruso was raised in Utica, New York and came to the Capital District to do her residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Dr. Caruso also decided to remain in the area.

Our physicians are assisted daily by the dedicated office & nursing staff, many of whom who have worked in this office for years. The employees are very experienced in the pediatric arena, and strive to create a friendly and professional environment for our patients.
