Finding a quality powder coating company is a real challenge. We know from experience. When we deliver a part or assembly to a customer that has not been masked correctly, has powder in drilled holes or has visible defects, the customer rejects our part. We have been let down by so many powder coating companies, because we held them to the same high quality standard that we use to machine our own work. The solution became obvious, we needed to open our own division of powder coating. We now are able to offer powder coating to any customer, even ones who do not require machine work.

Unlike other powder coating companies, we do not have a minimum lot charge. We feel that you should not have to pay the same price for 10 pieces when you only need 1 piece powder coated. The selection of colors to chose from is endless, so you always will find something that is right for you.

There is also no limitation to the parts that our customers need powder coated. We are able to powder coat anywhere from a single piece or a few parts by batching them up to large multiple parts using our production line. We powder coat using quality powder, clean and prepare each part for a superior finish and use the correct technology for adequate adhesion and longevity.

Another advantage that we have is that our deliver rate is quicker than most other companies. We usually can turn around most parts in days rather than weeks.
