The Fox Building

General information

Currently under construction, the apartments at The Fox Building are an adaptive reuse of a 19th century structure with a rich industrial history. The building’s history of industries includes the former Noxzema factory and more recently, Fox Industries, a factory producing concrete additives. The Fox Building is being transformed into a vibrant mixed-use community of apartments and artist workspaces while keeping the integrity and character of this historical building. Many of the building’s original features are being retained and restored such as original maple wood plank flooring, glass block windows, soaring ceilings, and much more.

In addition to Studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, modern amenities are also being added to the community and will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, Resident Lounge, swimming pool, outdoor space, and more.
The Fox Building is an eco-friendly community, conveniently located in Baltimore City, just off I-83. Just a few blocks from Hampden, residents will be able to walk to local shops and restaurants, while also having easy access to I-83, making commutes simple and putting Baltimore’s top attractions, employers and universities within easy reach.
