Adams Housing was established 21 years ago by husband and wife team Kevin and Kris Adams. The Adams Housing Family is a legacy of Salisbury University Alumni. Family is important to us and we strive to maintain a family atmosphere within all aspects of our business. As stakeholders in the community, we are actively involved in neighborhood refurbishment and revitalization projects through our participation in programs such as Crime Solvers, the Salisbury University Neighborhood Compact, Salisbury Area Property Owners Association, and by networking with local law enforcement. It is our ambition to build safer neighborhoods and a better quality of life for our students and local residents.
